Responsibilities

• Lead the team to drive corporate IT infrastructure development, including server, networking solutions, database management and intranet development
• Extensive network of contractors – to outsource projects upon essential and assure cost effective
• Formulate and implement IT initiatives
• Manage project plans and clear update to management to users about timelines, ensure deadlines are met and within budget
• Communicate with management and to identify business needs to enhance productivity and security
• Suggest new technology and operation flow to management to drive the performance of the IT infrastructure

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience; minimum 6 years of experience in managerial level in sizable corporates
• Strong project management skills, solid background in CRM, POS and EPR systems
• Prolific experience to manage projects with outsourced IT contractors
• Experience in F&B/ retail industry is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Open-minded with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
