 5.    System Analyst (IOT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and managerial oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of 7 x 24 Services
• Advanced understanding of business technology drivers to  provide DEVOPS best practices
• Working closely with teams to deliver high quality, highly available software solutions under DEVOPS environment.
• Provide operational intelligence by deploying and maintaining solutions for logging, monitoring, alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues together with the engineering teams and prevent future issues.
• Working shifts or be on call

Requirement and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
• 4 years of experience working on Infrastructure or Platform Support
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and core Internet protocols.
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS and Google is required).
• Strong experience with SQL and MySQL (e.g. NoSQL, Mongo and Redis).
• A working understanding of code and script (e.g. PHP, Python and Perl).
• Experience with resources/automation/configuration management using either Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Git or an equivalent will be advantage.
• Knowledge of best practices in operational processes,  DevOps, deployment checklists, and more.
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

6.   System and network engineer 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain large scale enterprise network including LAN/WAN and global telecom infrastructure
• Perform system administrative role in data center facilities, servers, firewall, virtual desktop, email, IP Telephony, etc.
• Align global best practice through infrastructure standardization
• Ensure a high level of 7x24 international service 

Requirements:

• University graduate with 0-5 years of experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Familiar with AWS/Azure, Microsoft, Oracle DBA, VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or large scale TCP/IP networking
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English, in a multicultural setting
• Ambitious and self-motivated in a fast pace environment
• Native English/European speaker is preferred, candidate with strong international exposure would also be considered

8  Data Center Engineer

Responsible

• Working in bank data center 
• Monitor computer systems and report failures or problems
• Ensure requested work is successfully processed according to schedules
• Manage all job control documents and ensure the integrity of all data
• Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality
• Perform general Problem & Change handling
• Ensure all client requests and other ad-hoc duties are processed in an efficient and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirement

• DSE/Diploma holder/above IT-related qualification is an advantage  
• 2-3 year working experience in data center  operation
• Have Bank data center operation should be preferrable
• Experience in UNIX, Linux, IBM AS400 or Windows operation an advantage, but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Two shift operations, but sometime requires 7*24 shift support in case of production launch.

9.  Technical Specialist (WebLogic / Tomcat - Middleware)

The Job

• Perform technical support including installation, configuration and product patching / upgrade on various middleware products
• Work on the design and implementation of middleware services for internal and external projects
• Provide application deployment, production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services to internal and external projects
• Perform night emergency call support when necessary

The Person

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years??experience in Oracle WebLogic Server / Tomcat
• Experience in Apache / IBM HTTP Server / IBM WebSphere Application Server / IBM WebSphere MQ / JBoss / Microsoft IIS is preferred
• Holder of Oracle WebLogic Server certification / IBM WebSphere Application Server is an advantage
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

10.   Technical Specialist (Network)

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Network Technical Competence Centre operates and supports complex client networks in the APAC region. The candidate is required to:Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures

• Responsible for the level 1-3 support including first line diagnosis, resolution and root cause analysis of network related problems
• Implement network changes in accordance with the change of management process
• Support project implementation which includes network equipment installation & configuration, platform interaction, project management and end users
• Support network infrastructure components including but not limited to router, switches, firewall, load balancer, proxy server, VPN, Infoblox, ACS, WLC etc.
• Utilize network management systems/software and appropriate analyzers to collect network load statistics, model performance, and create reports
• Work on assignments in areas including automation, product evaluation, tool development etc.
• Provide on-call support to network incidents during non-office hours

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or IT related disciplines
• At least 6 years solid working experience on complex network operations and/or maintenance preferably in a regional banking and finance environment
• Certified CCIE is preferred, but CCNP is a must
• Experience in working in data centre LAN infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of popular brands of routers/switches, firewalls and other networking devices such as VPN, load balancers, etc.
• Experience in LAN/WAN standards and protocols (e.g. VLAN, OSPF, SNA, DSLW, BSTUN, MPLS, etc)
• Familiar with common domestic and international telecommunication services
• Able to handle & perform the daily work assignments with minimal supervision
• Analytical skills in troubleshooting and problem solving
• A team player
• Candidate wth 1-2 years will be also considered
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Specialist or Network engineer

11.)  Technical specialist (Unix)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Midrange systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet with all Services Level Agreement
• Perform regular upgrade and update for all Midrange systems and software
• In conjunction with Solution Planning and Project Management team, implement technical projects 
• Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance of production systems
• Update regularly on software inventory and maintain up-to-date local system
• Provide 7 x 24 support in conjunction with other services supporting parties, deliver technical support and day-to-day services to meet with customer requirements and Services Level Agreement
• Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems
• Ensure day-to-day change requirements from customer are implemented in a timely and professional manner 
• In conjunction with L1/L2 Support Team in offshore countries in change and problem management
• Manage software vendors to ensure good quality of services and support are provided to Atos for technology updates and problem resolution.
• Leading a team to provide support function to all areas 
• Arrange cross-training for team members to ensure critical support functions are adequately backup

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-8 years relevant experiences, preferable IT support in financial sector
• Strong technical knowledge and support experience on Redhat Linux, AIX, Solaris and Veritas Clustering
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experiences of supporting vSphere, Netbackup and BMC Control-M would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

13. Business Analyst

• Freight Forwarding Application System implementation and support to over 40 countries
• Project management, business analysis and design, process streamlining & localization
• Training, best practice management, and compliance reinforcement;

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or Supply Chain Management with 2-5 years of experience
• Strong business domain knowledge in international Air and Ocean Freight
• Previous exposure to leading international freight forwarding platform such as Kewill, Cargowise, ForwarderLogic, etc. preferred
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural setting
• Native English or European speakers would be an advantage
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered as “Graduate IT Trainee”
