ALS, a new entrant to the Consumer Product sector the business is looking to aggressively grow its business in this sector and is inviting highly motivated and career driven staff to join.

Job Descriptions:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities with new clients and grow company client base through different channels including frequent client visits, calls and meetings
• Formulate selling strategies to win new business and grow incremental business from current clients
• Achieve annual sales target through client development and market penetration
• Provide presentations, quotations, proposals to clients to win new business
• Work closely with sales managers in different locations to grow potential accounts
• Attend fairs, exhibitions and seminars to strengthen the relationship with clients and obtain new client information
• Collaborate with operation and technical team to enhance customers’ satisfaction and provide professional advices 
   
  

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma, Degree holder or above in any discipline
• 3 years+ solid experience in TIC companies/testing laboratories or quality management related fields is a plus
• Candidates with more experience (5 years plus) and proven track record will be considered as Assistant Manager/ Manager
• Candidates with client service/client facing roles in testing labs will be considered if they are willing to take up more sales role in future career development
• Self-motived, aggressive, result-oriented with ambitions and can work independently with outgoing character
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Cantonese. Fair in Mandarin.
