Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain documentation system in a PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical plant
• Responsible to review laboratory data, analytical record and conduct comprehensive deviation and OOS investigation as per PIC/S GMP requirements and ensure corrective or preventive actions in laboratory are implemented
• Support routine QC department functions, including but not limited to conduct physical / chemical / microbiological tests on different materials, perform instrument calibration and maintenance, prepare SOPs, test reports and any other QC documents, etc.
• Prepare and execute validations and qualifications, such as method validation, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, and others, when assigned
• Participate in pharmaceutical research & development projects, such as conduct R&D product tests, generate and review R&D product related test reports
• Assist in literature search and review for new R&D product
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Science or related science disciplines
• At least 3 years working experience in QC department of PIC/S GMP certified pharmaceutical industry OR in HOKLAS accredited laboratory
• Knowledge in HPLC, FTIR and UV would be an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer application such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Control (QC) Officer
