My Client is an international commercial Lab is looking for an experience Hardline Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and modify testing protocol to ensure successful replication of results in accordance with international safety standard 
• Assign and perform complex samples testing, review and interpret the test reports in order to fulfill international safety standard and clients’ requirement
• Handle clients’ technical queries in professional and timely manner
• Provide professional and comprehensive feedback or opinions and interpret to local /overseas vendors and clients
• Provide training and update the latest testing methods and regulations to the subordinates regularly
• Implement, maintain and improve operations’ procedures in order to achieve high TAT and provide effective and efficient results and solutions to vendors and clients
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering or other related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience of which 2 years in supervisory level
• Preferably with experience from testing laboratory industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Mature, attention to details and ability to work independently
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
