Job responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and arrange with respective departments, subcontractors, forwarding agents & suppliers for orders & delivery
• Daily communicate between customer and the respective trading partners to ensure services required by customers are met
• Responsible for inventory management, system audit of goods in/out quantity records, inventory report etc.
• Perform periodic cycle count, stock take and perform discrepancy verification
• Manage and schedule ad hoc arrangement for cross border deliveries
• Handle documentation including Exp. Invoice, packing list, inbound & outbound shipping document

Requirements

• Degree holder in supply chain or logistics field
• At least 2 year relevant experience related to logistics, customer services, inventory controls and transportation is preferable
• Able to handle full set of I/E shipping and L/C documents
• Customer-oriented plus excellent interpersonal, planning, time management and supervisory skills
• Experienced & knowledgeable in allocating shipments in the most effective way
• Good written English and Chinese. Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
