Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Manage full sets of shipping documents
-
Full range of I/E, L/C & Banking documentations,
-
Tradeline declaration and handle online related documents
-
Liaison with suppliers for planning of shipment schedules,
-
Coordinate with factories and forwarders for shipping schedule
Requirements:
-
Form 5 with minimum 5 years solid experience
-
Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, ERP and Chinese word processing
-
Be flexible to handle different ad-hoc or emergent situations
-
Responsible, independent with positive work attitude
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
More experience will be considered as Senior Officer position
