Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• Responsible for overall inbound and outbound operations and customer services to clients.
• Work closely with all parties (customers, suppliers, forwarder, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) for goods in/out the warehouse.
• Perform daily system updates in warehouse management system and client’s systems, and prepare various operational reports as assigned.
• Report warehouse operations’ and trucking contractors’ performance to senior colleagues.
• Assist in billing preparation to customers and perform SAP updates if necessary.
• Handle new business operations and ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai Warehouse.

Who we are looking for

• Diploma holder or above in logistics or supply chain management preferable.
• Good customer services experiences, a detailed and focus mind.
• 1-2 years’ relevant customer services and import/export operations experience in logistics industry will be an advantage.
• A good team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle daily work in accurate and timely manner.
• Basic knowledge in warehouse operations and management a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Chinese typing and computer literacy.
