Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of service contractors / licensees through regular audits and workflow review according to the prescribed standards
- Assist in contract management including providing general administration, preparing monthly reports and agreements, performance and budget monitoring
- Coordinate facility/service/system enhancement projects through effective collaboration with various internal and external parties
- Conduct market studies, benchmarking analysis and customer surveys to support operation / strategy planning
- Assist in handling complaint cases and passenger injury incidents from investigation through to mitigation and feedback to passengers
- Assist in compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentation
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration, aviation management, facility/ property management or related disciplines with at least 1 year’s relevant work experience. Experience in property management, contract management, procurement, operations in aviation industry or related fields will be an advantage
- Post-secondary education level with at least 3 years’ working experience and proven track record of success in airport operation or other sizable companies will also be considered
- Proactive, self-motivated, hardworking and result-oriented
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
