Key Duties

• Lead a team of inventory/warehouse workers to receive and record all stocks coming in and daily operations
• Involve in warehouse system, workflow development, e-Commerce logistics operations
• Liaise with HQ and Ops team on stock allocation to various points
• Assist in hire, create schedules, arrange manpower and supervise warehouse staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operational flow within the warehouse
• Good time management, ensure every item of stock gets to destination on time, no shortage on shelves
• Handle warehouse documents, warehouse KPI report, ensure accurate inventory records and periodical stock-take
• Other Adhoc duties as advised by the management
• Good Organizational Skills to manage Multiple orders, people and many moving pieces within the warehouse
• Train team on delivery schedule, vehicle scheduling, route management and daily order processing are timely delivered to destination

Requirements

• Tertiary Education or above
• Good Communication skills, able to speak level up to down with coworkers and customers
• Possess Leadership Skills to resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task
• Critical-Thinking Skills preferred to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly
• Problem-Solving Skills to be ready when problems arise or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen
• Min. 3 years relevant work experiences required.
