Job Description
Job Duties:
- Ensure the safety and efficient operations of the Limousine team;
- Overall managing the limousine team;
- Handle order and reservation request from customers;
- Cost control and verify the operational expenses;
- Coordinate the liaise with other departments for the major events;
- Investigate the traffic accident / complaint / incident and in response to customers’ feedbacks and market needs;
- Establish the frequency and service hours of the routes;
- Formulate the implement Operation Rules & Standard Operating Procedures;
- Directly report to Deputy General Manager.
Job Requirement:
Solid experience with manage limousines team;
Good command of English and Mandarin;
Delicate, self-disciplined and good at supervising;
Strong leadership skills, good communication skills and able to work under pressure;
Working location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen Bay (深圳灣南山區).
Working hours and holiday:
5.5 days a week;
Working hours: 08:00 – 18:00;
Statutory Holiday.
