Job duties:

• Services existing account and Establishes new accounts;
• Dealing with customer and internal parties;
• Prepare Quotation and obtain Orders, arrange Import and Export Shipment and prepare related documentations; 
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information, e.g. pricing etc.;
• Resolves customer’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as need;
• Ac hot duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Good sales techniques and 2-3 sales experience in logistic firm is preferable;
• Good ability to deal with customers and internal parties;
• Self-motivated and responsible, Positive thinking as a good team player,
• Effective problem solving and decision making;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
• Willing to learn and take up challenges; 
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
