• Manage logistic and shipping process by handling Import/Export shipping documents, customs declaration, shipment arrangement and delivery follow-up
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers and vendors on a daily basis, checking all applicable documentations are in place and are fully compliant with Import regulations
• Arrange consumer product delivery
• Handle full set of IE & banking document & Tradelink
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Co-ordinate between warehouse and customer.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above educated
• 2-year experience or above in shipping or logistic in consumer product preferred
• Conversant in computer application like Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
