Job Description
Operations Clerk - Sea Freight
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily Sea Freight operation FCL/LCL/Consolidation fm/to worldwide
- Handle Full set of Export (90%) & Import (10%) documents, USA Shipment, China trucking & Transportation arrangement
- Maintenance close communication & coordination with clients, overseas agents & internal departments
- Process data input, declaration & billing
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, and both Chinese (Traditional and simplified Chinese) and English word-processing;
- Familiar with IT knowledge is preferred;
- Proficiency in PC applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Overtime may be required;
- Immediate available is highly preferred;
- 1-2years related working experience, Fresh Graduates will also be considered
Working Location : Tsim Sha Tsui East
