Responsibilities:

• Responsible for airfreight import operation including updating the data in the systems
• Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices
• Handle full set of documents and operations
• Co-ordinate with customers/overseas agents
• Maintain daily communication with overseas offices
• Co-ordinate with warehouse for goods received/delivered
• Tradelink declaration

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• 1-2 years’ experience in Airfreight forwarding company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
