Essential Job Functions: 

• Execute processes as laid out in the SOP/operations manuals which includes but not limited to the following: booking, carton markings, carton labeling, vendor requirement
• Daily follow up with vendors/forwarders/overseas on PO/booking arrangement
• Daily follow up with vendors to ensure document flow is proceeding as per business rules
• Working with the freight forwarder and ocean providers ensure business rules and allocations are being met.
• Resolve any interruptions in the cargo flow at origin to ensure on time delivery
• Assist in daily billing process
• Assist in prepare weekly/monthly and/or ad hoc report
• Maintain the data integrity in systems
• Assist in any questions as it relates to logistics functions
• Liaise with factories / suppliers for shipment planning and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage shipment schedules and custom declaration
• Assist to implement and enhance the shipping practices and procedures in order to achieve a smooth work cycle
• Close communication with other departments for shipment planning and related issues
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned by superior

Education and Training: 

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a Traffic Management, International Logistics environment
• Experience in SAP, preferred
• Experience in Vendor Portal systems preferred

Skills and Abilities: 

• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a cross functional Team.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written)
• Experience working with international vendors.
• MS Office proficiency (Word and Excel).
