Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Logistics Officer
  • Invoicing and handling full set of shipping document & L/C shipment
  • Booking of container
  • Issuing spare part order
  • Preparing spare part quotation and part list to the customer
  • Answering customer's enquiries on shipping document and spare part orders
  • Answering daily phone calls

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Knowledge and experience in handling L/C, I/E document
  • Proficiency in using Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field
  • Independent with a team player mentality and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available
