We are now helping a sizable, renowned US apparel sourcing company looking for a Logistics talent. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the day-to-day exception management and control of orders coordination with factories, merchandisers and logistics service providers, and act as the solution provider on related issues
• Manage LSPs’ performance so as to ensure the achievement of good service standard and cost efficiency
• Provide customer service support to internal and external customers as it relates to the routing, tracking, and delivery performance for all merchandise shipments
• Field inquiries from internal customers and external vendors regarding shipment issues, carrier services and department procedures
• Partner with Trade Compliance for issue resolution with any customs related delays
• Identify freight saving opportunities, implement process changes, and measure and report results
• Identify issues and implement resolutions in a timely fashion
• Perform ad hoc data collection and basic analysis as needed

Job Specifications: 

• Bachelor degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics operation
• Previous experience with LSP or Retail industry on regional scope is required
• Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Able to collaborate with different stakeholders in developing and executing solutions to resolve customer issues
• Able to handle issues independently
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English
• Travel within Asia is required
