Job Description

At least 5 years’ experience in Sea Freight Forwarder and in same position.
Full set of I/E docs, operation, consol, CFS & CY.
Responsible to handle customer enquiries, sales order follow up & communicate with overseas, complaint from client, investigation and provide the corrective measurement
Monthly operation analysis report preparation
Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, responsible, passionate working in our industry & willing to work overtime when required
Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
Good supervisory & communication skill.
Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel
5.5 working days with alternative Saturday
“Cargowise” user is an advantage
Immediate available is an advantage
