Job Duties

• Handling full set of import/export shipping document including shipment booking.
• Shipment arrangement include Import, Export, transshipment.
• Knowledge of L/C, D/P and bank documentation preferred.
• Handle L/C arrangement, I/E, T/T documents
• Liaise with suppliers freight forwarder etc.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to monitor shipment/ logistics schedule to ensure timely delivery
• To plan , implement and enhance the logistics and shipping practices and procedures for our Company and overseas business units
• To liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies for shipment and transportation arrangements and price negotiation.
  
  

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in shipping/logistics.
• Provide support to ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Proficient with MS Office, excel, word etc.
• Good in writing and speaking of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well organized, self-motivated, willing to learn.
• Immediate available is preferable.
