Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Direct Shipping or E-Fulfillment and parcel operations
- Prepare shipping documents & consignment note and conduct system update
- Ensure quality and accurate deliveries in accordance with SOP
- Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Customer Services and Program team
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics. F.7 / F.6 graduate with 3 years related experience will also be considered
- Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) and hands-on knowledge in WMS is a plus
- Fluent is English & Chinese
