MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position:

• Be responsible for the good receive form documentation.
• Prepare packing & shipping document for goods issue.
• Deal with warehouse and transportation parties for shipment arrangement.
• Be responsible for goods declaration, e.g., Tradelink
• Support order processing and control the order cycle
• Update & Maintain databases associated with order status and inventory
• Maintain filing system of purchase and sales order documentation.
• Other ad hoc project as assigned

REQUIREMENT:

• Form 5 or above
• Experience in data entry is an advantage
• Mature, detail-minded and independent
• Fast and accurate typing skills both in English and Chinese
• Basic PC knowledge
• Accounting background
• Logistics background of SAP, Multiable (MAC) or others ERP , WMS system is preferred
• Immediate available is preferred
