Responsibilities

• Manage logistics client accounts
• Handle client’s inbound and outbound orders (import, export, warehousing and delivery)
• Follow up client’s instructions and inquiries
• Coordinate with different departments for daily activities
• Prepare billing information in timely manner
• Prepare report(s) for per individual client’s requirement 

Requirements

 Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent

• 1-2 year relevant working experience is preferred. Working experience in freight forwarding company, warehousing operations and cross-border trucking is an advantage
• Computer proficiency in word processing, data processing and e-mail software. Experience of using WMS is advantage
• Detail-minded, independent, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy
• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Good inter-personal skills and able to perform in a teamwork environment
•  Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 Working location: Kwai Chung

WORKING CONDITIONS

 The office working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available
