Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order follow up from creation to departure; manage supplier on-time shipping performance
• Collect and monitor item status updated by Merchandising/QA/Packaging teams
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure on time delivery
• Alert the potential issue to related teams and supervisor
• Update order tracking report for supply chain team
• Assist in supply chain team daily operation for, example, PO creation, shipping document verification, etc
• Provide regular report and analysis
• Any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with 1-2 years' relevant working experience in supply chain management or Logistics field
• Analytical, self-imitative and team player with good communication skills
• Good command spoken English and Mandarin and written English
• Sound computer knowledge including MS Office
