Our client, one of the market leader in travel retail, has a unique opening for a talented professional to join.

Responsibilities:

• A key leader to management a team of 10 to run a new travel retail shop in HK.
• To be in charge of full operations including order fulfillment, customer services, logistic arrangement, distribution arrangement, warehousing management (self-owned & 3PL);  as well as sales operations for new open travel retail shop located in HK  
• To ensure logistic processed accurately; closely monitor stock & inventory status
• To develop and maintaining an efficient & effective operations; Provide support to Sales team & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• To monitor and control the importation process, inbound and outbound transport costs including manage the cost
• To monitor and follow-up the renewal of importation, bonded warehouse liences
• To report to GM

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, BBA or related discipline
• 8 years or above experience focus in Order management, Planning and Distribution & Warehousing management
• With At least 5 years travel retail experience is necessary; candidate with experience in manage tobacco or Liquor license will be a plus
• An independent person with proven people management skills set with strong analytical capability to handle huge volumes of data and manage new operations
• Knowledge in ERP system with Good in English and Mandarin
