Responsibilities:

• Monitor transportation issues, tracking and tracing shipments;
• Monitor the warehouse daily operations and report to customer;
• Perform inventory management and regular reviews with customers;
• Maintain good channels and effective communication with customers, sub-contractors and other departments for both sides benefits;
• Establish and carry out proper working procedure and make a proper corrective and preventive action through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints;
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards;
• Prepare monthly performance reports and invoice to the customers;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management;
• Maintain effective communication with cooperate teams.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and/or third party logistics operations.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplines;
• Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Operation Supervisor;
• Immediately available is preferred.
