Key Responsibilities:

•  Make bookings to ensure documentation is complete/accurate, handling customer service requests relating to the transportation of cargo
• Assist in the procurement with local and regional product team and those closely linked to the ocean transport, in alignment with the global and regional carrier policy
• Coordinate and cooperate with company LCL leader, country and regional management on all aspects of LCL product sales and development plans and projects of Asia
• Develop sales tools, provide necessary product training & support to sales and operations so as to enhance their product knowledge and empower them to promote LCL product more actively
• Work with direct customers and business counterparts focusing on specific trade lanes, as appropriate and in accordance with product development needs
• Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective working relationships with Internal team, agents, vendors and carriers at all times
• Work closely with Regional Ocean Product Manager and the local counterparts on the liaison of the project shipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding related industry is preferred but not necessary
• Good computer literacy, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Work independently and can modify behavior/approach under different situations
• Meticulous and detailed mind.
• Being a team player demonstrate collaborative attitude with team members
