Job Description:·       

• Coordinate with factories, forwarder and overseas customers in shipping schedule·        
• Make arrangements, bookings, etc. for shipments;·        
• Handle daily shipment operation flow·        
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents, invoices, banking documents;·        
• Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:·        

• Form 5 or above·        
• At least 2 years working experience in shipping field for toys /printing industry·        
• Handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently·        
• Good computer skills especially in Word, Excel and Tradelink·        
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin·        
• Self motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime· 
• Immediately available is preferred
