Job Description:

• To prepare daily MAWB, pouch docs & arrange other logistics issues, i.e. trucking arrangement, coordination with warehouse;
• To work with oversea offices to provide excellent service;
• To prepare regular reports for management review;
• To ensure client SOPs and internal IOPs are always followed and updated;
• To involve in capacity planning;
• To review the operation process and make recommendations if needed;

Requirements:

• DSE or fresh graduates are also welcome. 1-2 years’ experience in shipping/ supply chain management/ freight forwarding industry
• Conversable in spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Good understanding on Air Gateway operations and process
• Attention to details, independently, flexible and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with commercial senses
• Strong sense of team spirit and able to influence others
• Valid DG Certificate is added advantage
• May require to work on Day/ Night shift-rotation
