Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of logistics and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and proper operation of day-to-day supply chain functions of the Distribution Business Unit.
• Accountable for the organization’s inventory to ensure the accuracy in value and quantity through inventory system, stock take, internal audit and inventory control reports.
• Maximize JIT delivery performance, ensure the efficiency of order-processing and logistics operations, and drive continuous improvement in a cost-effective manner.
• Execute proactive purchasing and logistics control to alert the Management on alarming inventory conditions and assist respective unit heads to make realistic inventory forecast.
• Responsible for quality assurance of incoming goods and providing excellent delivery service for clients.
• Ensure proper inventory record management and optimise usage of spaces in warehouse.
• Supervise stock clearance sale activities at warehouse.

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in supply chain management/ logistics or related disciplines.
• 10+ years’ relevant experiences including 5 years at supervisory level in sizable companies. Warehouse operation & logistics management experience is a must.
• Solid experience in ERP implementation and application (Epicor) is a definite advantage.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent facilitation, leadership and interpersonal relations skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
