- Coordinate with factories/forwarder in shipping schedule
- Prepare full set of shipping documentation
- Present documentation to bank
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 2 years or above working experience in shipping field for toys / stationery / garment trading industry (mainly for US market).
- Handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently
- Experience in JDE system is preferred
- Good computer skills especially in Word, Excel and Tradelink
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediately available is preferred
