Responsibilities:

l Handle full set of I/E documents, custom declaration and LC documents

l Experience on handling warehouse and shops inventory level

l Assist on handling logistic operations including order processing, import/export shipments, warehousing and transport management.

l Act as the contact person between warehouse and forwarder

l Prepare monthly shipping reports

l Other ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

l Form 5 or above;

l Min. 1 years relevant experience in shipping industry

l Familiar with computer software such as MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing; Familiar with POS system is an advantage

l Knowledge of China and overseas import/export procedure and custom declaration regulations

l Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

l Be self-motivated, work independently, well-organized and able to work under pressure
