• Engage in full cycle of recruitment process for general placements – job ad posting, resume screening,  interviewing and profiling candidates
• Exceed set targets, overcome objections and participate in various recruitment activities
• Build a strong network of contacts and candidates, making an impact on their career decisions
• Manage job offer process and negotiate salary packages
• Specialize in your selected field of specialization and engage with professional experts at all levels
• Develop business opportunities with exiting and explore new clients

Requirements:

• Degree and above in any disciplines
• 2-5 years of working experiences, preferable in recruitment/human resource/sales/business development or specializations that we mentioned above.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to interact with people of all levels
• Strong passion in Recruitment and Sales, target-driven with a positive attitude and is able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
