Key Responsibilities

• To provide full spectrum of administrative support to daily recruitment routines
• Responsible for job advertising, reference checks etc.
• Maintain candidate database and assist in preparing various weekly recruitment reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in logistics and preparation of various recruitment events
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in any discipline.
• 1-2 years HR experience is preferred. Fresh graduates or less experienced candidates are also welcomed.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Outstanding communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Flexible and solution-oriented, with strong sense of ownership and a collaborative, can-do attitude
• Good team player with ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
