Job Description

Job Duties

  • Responsible for full set of accounting 
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedule & bank transactions
  • Communicate with customers on handling accounts settlement
  • Provide office administrative and secretarial support to office daily operations
  • Assist in preparing reports and any other ad hoc duties



Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / LCC or above
  • Minimum 1 years in accounting experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy
  • Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is preferred
