Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Diploma graduate
- 2-3 years experience in sales support and order administration
- Previous experience in preparing sales document and reports
- Experience in distribution, trading or manufacturing company
- Familiar with MS Word & Excel, preferably with SAP knowledge
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide support on daily order administration and sales documentation
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers for sales order processing
- Maintain the order data in the system and prepare sales analysis reports
- Handle delivery arrangement and follow up the returned goods and claims
