Job Description
What effort do you need to make?
- Responsible for compensation & benefits functions with main focuses on i) new join & end of service formalities, ii) payroll, allowance, commission & incentive calculation, iii) MPF administration and iv) HRIS system administration.
- Assist in annual exercise, inclusive of performance appraisal, annual salary review, bonus, taxation, etc.
- Compile HR related statistics and reports for management review.
- Constantly review current internal work processes to improve work efficiency
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Let’s check if you are…
- A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable companies or in services industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
- Good team player, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Talent Management Assistant
