Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle full set of accounts independently and efficiently
• Perform daily accounting duties including account payable, account receivables, invoice preparation, cheques or payment preparation, banking-related matters, petty cash, etc.
• Monitor clients’ accounts
• Assist with month/year-end closing and year-end audit
• Provide all rounded HR & administration support in office supplies, inventory control, expenses and medical claims, greeting in-house guests, etc.
• Maintain conference rooms and reception area in clean and tidiness condition at all time
• Coordinate maintenance works for office facilities and equipment.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments or projects.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualifications
• 3 – 4 years relevant accounting and administration experience
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Chinese Word Processing and common accounting systems
• Good interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented and independent
• A good team player
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
