Job Description

Roles/ Objectives:

This role will be integral to guiding the company to accomplish its visions and growth.  S/he will oversee and lead the human resources function to meet the needs of the company, and collaborate closely with the management group to plan and implement HR initiatives.

 

HR Function Management:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of HR objectives that are aligned with corporate and business strategies;
  • Lead the development, implementation and administration of HR programs.  Oversee development of policies, processes and procedures designed to attract, motivate, retain and reward staff members;
  • Review HR strategies pertaining to talent acquisition, their retention via appropriate C&B systems.

 

Executive Partnership:

  • Provide guidance and consultation on making critical decisions on HR matters;
  • Coach management/ leaders on talent strategies, staff resourcing and staff management;
  • Provide advice on executive/ leadership development matters and succession planning initiatives;
  • Manage special staff cases and special ad hoc projects in consultation with management.

 

 

Organization Development:

  • Drive the development of a corporate culture that encourages quality, productivity, continuous improvement and ongoing development of an outstanding workforce;
  • Facilitate the review of organization structure and processes, as well as accountabilities of key positions with a view to enhancing corporate governance and business expansion;
  • Work towards building teams to bring about mind-set and value changes that facilitate company growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above preferably in HR/ organization development/ management/ business administration or related disciplines;
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with all aspects of HR responsibilities and development;
  • Solid experience in senior/ executive positions gained in sizable organizations, exposure to real estate / property business is an advantage;
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects to successful completion;
  • Very effective communication, leadership, planning and influencing skills;
  • Excellent EQ and high personal and professional ethnics;
  • Self-motivated and passionate; mature and possess a “CAN_DO” attitude.
