We are seeking a highly motivated administration assistant on a part time or full time basis. As a valued member of our growing XLMS team the role will support directors, and technical staff as required. The position may include assisting with accounts, HR duties and general administration. This role will suite a student who will develop into a full time role in the future. Full time students are welcome to apply this position.

Job tasks and responsibilities;

• Assist with accounts receivables and settlements
• Assist with Invoice payment and expense reimbursement processing
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare reports
• Assist Bank reconciliation and balance sheet accounts reconciliation 
• Handle some HR duties says calculation of HK staff commission, management of staff attendance and leave record
• Other ad hoc financial and accounting assignments as assigned

Skills and Experience;

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
Proficient in Word, Excel, 
Ability to multi task and have a high level of attention to detail.
