Responsibilities:

• Responsible to reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting guests, mailing & courier, meeting room booking, etc.;
• Support daily operations including assist clients' enquirers, monitor office supplies and maintain public area's tidiness;
• Perform other clerical and administration duties;
• Support in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years' experience;
• Proficiency with MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must;
• Photo provided is preferable;
• Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner;
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast paced environment;
• Immediately available preferred.
