Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for daily HR operations including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management
  • To support all recruitment activities of the company and employment cycle including job advertisement posting, sourcing, offer and contract preparation
  • To liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters
  • To explore and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet operation needs
  • To prepare and update various regular HR reports and maintain HR system
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments

 

Requirement :

  • Holder of Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ related working experiences in sizable organization, 
  • Well versed in employment ordinances
  • Mature, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, details oriented and willing to work under pressure
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of PC operations
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
