Responsibilities

The ESF Human Resources function is committed to pioneering and setting people best practices and trends. We have an unique opportunity for our total reward project, and we are looking for a HR specialist with experience in compensation and benefits.

Background
The English Schools Foundation (ESF) is the largest provider of English-medium international education in Hong Kong. We have 22 schools in Hong Kong from Kindergartens to Secondary Schools. We hire well over 1000 teachers from across the globe, and educate over 17,000 students from more than 60 nationalities.

Job details as below:

- Update information on HR system
- Coordinate logistic arrangement for roadshow in different schools / venue in May/June
- Assist for handling of special medical cases
- Update job band and benefit level table
- Other ad hoc projects

Requirements

- 1 or 2 years of experience in compensation or Benefits
