YOU Will:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle sales and purchase order of different products

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, warehouse, forwarder and shipping agents to arrange receipt and delivery of goods

• Responsible for data entry, order tracking, and solve logistics issues when necessary

• Monitor stock inventory at warehouse

• Prepare shipping documents and Tradelink declaration

• Maintain data records and prepare reports

• Provide administrative and sales support to facilitate daily business operation

• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management

• Work outside from office may require in occasion basis 

YOU Own:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Form 5 standard

• Preferable with minimum 2 – 3 working experiences in sales and administrative support, order entry and logistics operations

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese

• Good computer skills in MS Excel
