Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR services to Operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, performance management and employee relations, etc.
• Work closely with Operations to understand and resolve any HR and related issues;
• Assist in different HR projects and initiatives including HR system implementation, recruitment and C&B program design and review;
• Prepare various HR reports, data analysis, and maintain the accuracy of related records;
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in HRM or related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant experience in HR and related field
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Office Application particularly advance MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table…etc.) and Chinese word processing are MUST
• Willing to learn, reliable, organized and manage to handle multi tasks
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
• Immediately available is highly preferred
