Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with Senior management and enhance appropriate and effective personal security system ("PSS”) for Chairman and/or the Group’s very important client(s) especially those flown from overseas to Hong Kong for short visits
• Provide guidance and direction for planning, implementation and operation of PSS
• Review and ensure the PSS suitability, adequacy and effectiveness
• Conduct, promote and improve PSS through the implementation of effective and appropriate safety initiative and strategies
• Monitor daily activities of protected subjects in Hong Kong or during visits overseas
• Conduct accident/incident investigation and propose remedial action
• Prepare safety or security related documentations
• Provide safety or security advice and internal training

Requirements:

• Holder of current first aid certificate and/or other certificate in safety-related disciplines
• Preferably have conflict zone experience providing close personal protection to VIP’s
• Be able to carry out site surveys and physical security audits of strategic locations.
• Have risk analysis and threat mitigation experience and be able to provide comprehensive reporting on such.
• Have operational planning experience including staff management.
• Preferably have a minimum of 10 years government agency law enforcement experience.
• Be physically fit and of excellent health.
• Must be fluent in spoken English (native speaker preferred) and have ability to keep matters completely confidential.
• Initiative, communicative and good problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and working at irregular hours
