Job Description
An Engineering Consultancy located in Central is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position:
*Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
- 3 years solid HR & Admin experience in sizable company, preferably gained in construction/engineering industry
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinances, MPF and related practices
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available
*Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, retention, employee relations
- Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and project
- Prepare periodical analysis reports for management review
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Report to HR & Admin Manager
- Salary: 16-18K
- Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 11 days annual leave, Medical & MPF
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant
