Assistant HR and Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR Resources and administration project
• Handle recruitment processes through sourcing to retention
• Responsible for administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply
• Provide high quality of HR services, advisory and assistance to company
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resources or other business disciplines;
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in HR and Administration field
• Positive, proactive,responsible and attentive to details;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin) 
• Good knowledge in PC operations with MS
