You will be working on clienteles and candidates not limited to Hong Kong but also China and other Asian countries related to Apparel, Accessories and Hardline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a 360 Degree consultant from prospecting new clients, account management, resourcing candidates, job orders execution, and deal closing
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and proactively identify the right candidates for different assignments both actively and passively via different channels such as cold-calling, database, job portal, referrals, networking etc
• Provide candidates and clients with good quality service and follow-ups
• Provide ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment/Executive Search industry with solid and successful track record
• Possess a strong passion in Recruitment and the Executive Search business
• Result-driven, consistent and persistent, proactive, eager to learn and with a can-do attitude
• A good team player who can also work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidates with a strong sales or industry background will also be considered
