Job Description
1.Responsibilities
-
Monitor all office administration functions including office maintenance and renovation, office supplies and equipment, office insurance, travel arrangement, project management and all ad-hoc duties as assigned;

Supervise a team of administration staff to provide full range of office administrative functions and facility management for cooperative service;

Develop and implement Office Administration Policies;

Provide support on ad hoc projects and company events.
2.Requirements
- egree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- More than 5 years of large financial institutions, Administration management experience;
- Solid experience in Project Management, e.g. Renovation Project, Relocation Project, etc.;
- Good at people management and interpersonal skill;
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to provide constructive solutions;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Excellent in Computer Applications, like MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
