Job Description

 

1.Responsibilities

  • Monitor all office administration functions including office maintenance and renovation, office supplies and equipment, office insurance, travel arrangement, project management and all ad-hoc duties as assigned;
  • Supervise a team of administration staff to provide full range of office administrative functions and facility management for cooperative service;
  • Develop and implement Office Administration Policies;
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and company events.

 2.Requirements

  • egree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • More than 5 years of large financial institutions, Administration management experience;
  • Solid experience in Project Management, e.g. Renovation Project, Relocation Project, etc.;
  • Good at people management and interpersonal skill;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to provide constructive solutions;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • Excellent in Computer Applications, like MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
